1) How much trash can we place in the dumpster?Each container can be filled, level with the top unless it is dirt or concrete (maximum capacity 7 cubic yards). Any excess will be removed from the dumpster at the drivers discretion or the dumpster will be left for the customer to unload. Additional charges may be applied to customer. 2) Does Haul - Away recycle?Haul - Away makes every effort to protect the environment and our landscapes. Anything that we can recycle & prevent from filling up our landfills is our ultimate mission. We do our best to see that rubbish removed from your jobsite is source separated & recycled for a cleaner environment. 3) Will the dumpster damage my pavement?Haul - Away takes every care and precaution to prevent damage. We arrive on single axle trucks using a hook lift system that places the dumpster gently on your pavement. Since our inception, we have not damaged any asphalt or concrete. However, if the dumpster needs to be positioned causing the dumpster to roll, a light surface scratch might occur (normally fades within two weeks). We do recommend anyone concerned to prepare the drop site with plywood. 4) What can I put in the dumpster?Anything but hazardous materials, including tires, paints, aerosols, chemicals (please refer to our list) 5) Can I mix a load of household goods with construction debris such as shingles or concrete?Loads cannot be mixed and Haul - Away Containers, Inc reserves the right to leave the load and take our container if this policy is not adhered to. 6) How long can I have the container for?Seven (7) days is included in the price, add'l weeks can be added @ $50.00 per week 7) How can I pay for the dumpster?Cash or check on delivery or credit card at time of order unless customer has an established account. 8) Do you deliver on weekends?Yes, Saturdays 8 a.m. thru 3 p.m. |
